Koei Tecmo launched a handful of character trailers for their upcoming open-world Musou title Shin Sangokumusou 8, which will be released in the west as Dynasty Warriors 9.

The trailers highlight Dynasty Warriors characters: Dian Wei, Zhang Chunhua Gan Ning, Xu Shu, and Wei Yan. Each trailer gives a quick preview of how each character will control in battle as well as how they handle their individual weapons. Dynasty Warriors 9 is a unique new entry in the series as it is featured in a completely open world where players will face off against hordes of opponents.

Recently, the publisher released other trailers featuring Yu Jin, Zhong Hui, Huang Zhong, Guan Ping, and Lu Xun. There are also screenshots that show off the available horses that players will be able to mount and ride from place to place.

If you want to see more, you can check out an additional batch of character trailers for Zhang Liao, Xu Huang, Taishi Ci, Ma Chao, Jia Chong, and Zhurong, the most recent character reveal and the previous gameplay trailers and an earlier drop of character trailers.
