Today Bandai Namco released a new short trailer for its upcoming Gintama samurai battle action game Gintama Rumble.
The trailer focuses on the Courtesan of a Nation arc, and inevitably introduces recurring antagonist Oboro, on top of his assassins from the Tenshouin Naraku.
To top it all off, we get to see some fast sword-fighting action by our protagonists, all condensed in mere fifteen second. Bandai Namco is getting good at this.
You can check out the video below. If you want to see more, you can also enjoy another commercial focusing on the Torny Arc, one more trailer, the latest batch of 4K screenshots, a recent trailer subtitled in English, a commercial featuring more characters, one more commercial with the same focus (but different characters), some more 4K images, even more screenshots, and the original teaser trailer.
Gintama Rumble will launch in both Japan and Asia on January 18th, and the Asian version will include English subtitles, granting everyone the ability to play the game even if they don’t understand any Japanese.
The Japanese version will launch for PS4 and PS Vita, while the Asian release will release exclusively for PS4. A western release has not been announced for the moment. Unfortunately, it might not come at all, considering that normally Bandai Namco announces localizations very close to the initial reveals of a game.
